The Management department coordinates the people, resources, timelines, and operations required to turn an engineering project into a successful competition entry. From planning and procurement to budgeting, logistics, documentation, communication, and coordination between technical departments, management ensures that the entire team moves towards the same objective. It provides the organisational structure that allows technical ideas to progress from the drawing board to the competition field.

Lead the Team

Members gain experience in leadership, project management, communication, decision-making, budgeting, negotiation, logistics, and working with multidisciplinary teams. You will learn how to manage competing priorities, coordinate large projects, solve operational problems, and keep a team moving even when plans change. The experience develops skills that extend far beyond aerospace, preparing members to take responsibility and lead complex projects in professional environments.
